One-Day Workshop on Electronics System Design

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication organised a one-day workshop on “Electronics System Design” on July 27, 2024, for 3rd-semester students. The workshop covered the following topics:

1. Design Thinking: Approaching complex problems with user-centric solutions.
2. WiFi Module in IIOT: Understanding the application of WiFi modules in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT).
3. LTspice: Utilizing a powerful, fast, and free SPICE simulator software for circuit design.
4. PCB Design: Training in designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

The workshop provided students with valuable insights into PCB design, fabrication, measurement, and testing. The event was coordinated by 5th-semester students Chaitanya Parmar, Atharva Zade, Sidhant Borkar, Atharva Donadkar, Pushpak Deulkar, Shuddhi Marwadkar, Shruti Pimple, Sanika Kamalkar, and Dhanshri Kshirsagar, who had recently completed a 12-day workshop titled “Electronic Design Carnival” at IIIT Delhi. Dr. Deepali Borakhade initiated and coordinated the event.
