SKILL O FUN

A cultural fun event was organized on 19th  Dec, 2020, by the Department of Computer Engineering in association with Student Affairs and Development Cell. 2nd year students of the Department took the lead in its implementation. This event tapped the talent of those having a flair for  singing, dance, art and fitness. Following were the four main events held and it's coordinators-

  1. Harmony (singing/instrumental)- Janhavi Upadhye, Vedant Kakde
  2. Fitorbit(fitness)–Rishikesh Nandankar, Aaditya Arikar
  3. Infibeatz(dance)–Mansi Keshattiwar
  4. Arterra(art)–Chirag Agarwal, Vedashree Joshi
  5. Frequency Host(finale)-Anjali Banerjee, Aaron Benny

Two subsequent rounds were held, first participants were asked to submit their recorded videos and artwork. Frequency, the 2nd round of Skill O Fun was a live Rj Show where all the top 3 finalists from each event were judged by a panel. Also conducted were  fun activities, for both participants and the audience. In all 40 students participated, the four winners are -

  1. Harmony: Kanishk Kalkar (CE Dept.)
  2. Fitorbit: Yash Bawne (Mech. Dept.)
  3. Infibeatz: Sayali Ujawne (IT Dept.)
  4. Arterra:  Riddhi Jiotode (CE Dept.)

The event was a great success, a healthy competition among the finalists was observed, where they supported and cheered each other.

Student team member heads were Nikita Sarade (Registration), Vidhisha Fating & Vedashree Joshi (Promotion), Janhavi Upadhye (Event Coordinator), Prof. Pallavi Wankhede (Faculty Coordinator) & Prof. Manish Gudadhe (Student Affairs & Development Coordinator).
